Homes are increasingly produced in a prefab, project-based, and efficient manner. But as soon as the house is finished, the garden often only begins. Every garden is laid out separately, requires a lot of on-site labor, and is often only realized months or even years after handover.
At the same time, the pressure on construction is increasing. Labor is scarce, building processes must become more predictable, and climate adaptation requires a different layout of the outdoor space. Also for buyers, creating a garden after handover often represents a substantial extra investment.
Preverde brings the garden into the building process. We make the garden scalable, prefab, and quick to realize and combine this with integrated water management. This way, the garden is no longer a separate project after handover, but a full-fledged part of the housing concept.
